Ho iniziato tanti percorsi nella mia carriera, mi sembra a volte di aver vissuto tante vite in una unica..a volte ancora oggi mi chiedo cosa sono? Un'architetto? Un grafico? Un trasportista? Un esperto ambientale? Alla fine mi rispondo che sono semplicemente un essere eclettico, un pò forse come tutti gli architetti...dobbiamo saper far di tutto e di più. Questo blog nasce proprio da una di queste ultime esperienze, il mondo della grafica e del social media marketing per una cantina vitivinicola sull'Etna.
Alla fine la passione, più che il dovere, mi ha spinto a studiare e scoprire nuovi orizzonti, sia sul marketing che sul mondo delle etichette e di conseguenza sul vino(non solo come buona bevitrice!)...Dal vino al cibo il passo è breve e così eccomi qui a scoprire con voi nuovi abbinamenti e nuovi modi di bere e mangiare.
Noi italiani, ci trattiamo bene, non esiste una regione che non abbia vini e cibi ottimi, l'Italia di per sé varrebbe un blog intero, ma infondo dobbiamo esplorare anche il mondo, andando anche oltre le frontiere più rinomate. Sapete che anche in Australia fanno dei buoni vini o che il cibo indonesiano è altrettanto buono come quello italiano? Io l'ho scoperto da poco, viaggiando...altra grande passione!
Dalla mia curiosità nasce questo blog, sarà dunque un viaggio tra piatti e vini del mondo...piatti gourmet e piatti street food, vini ricercati e vini di piccole cantine...un pò per gioco o per amore inizio questo percorso mostrandovi non solo cibo e vini, ma anche tutto ciò che dietro questi mondi c'è, civiltà, paesaggi e cultura. I started many paths in my career, sometimes seems to have lived many lives in one..sometimes still today I wonder what i'm? An architect? A graphic designer? A phd on transport? An environmental expert? At the end, I answer me, that i'm simply an eclectic woman as all architects...we need to know how to make everything and more. This blog is born precisely from one of these recent experiences, the world of graphic and social media marketing for an winery located on Etna. At the end, the passion, more than the duty, has prompted me to study and discover new horizons, both on marketing that on world of labels and consequently on wine (not only as good drinker!)...From wine to food is a short step and so here I'm here to discover with you new combinations and new ways of eating and drinking. We Italians, we treat us well, there is a region that has not wines and great food, Italy in itself would be a whole blog, but in essence we must also explore the world going even beyond the borders of the most renowned. You know that even in Australia makes good wines or that the Indonesian food is just as good as the Italian one? I just discovering, traveling...other great passion! From my curiosity was born This blog will therefore be a journey between dishes and wines of the world...gourmet dishes and dishes street food, fine wines and wines from small wineries...a bit for play or love beginning this path showing not only food and wines, but also everything that behind these worlds there is, civilization, landscapes and culture.
